Mutable Labs is a robotics company based in Leiden, the Netherlands. This policy describes how we handle your data when you sign up for our waitlist.
When you submit the waitlist form, we collect:
We use your information solely to send you updates about Mutable Labs. We will not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use Keila (self-hosted in the EU) to manage our mailing list. All subscriber data is stored on our own EU-based infrastructure. Your data never leaves the EU.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email info@mutablelabs.ai to exercise any of these rights.
We use Plausible Analytics (self-hosted in the EU) to understand how visitors use our website. Plausible collects aggregate data only: page views, referral sources, country, device type, and browser. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual visitors across sessions. No consent banner is required under the GDPR/ePrivacy Directive.
When you submit the waitlist form, we record a "Waitlist Signup" event in Plausible to measure conversion rates. This event contains no personal information.
